Deck the HALLS!!!

Yay! Thanksgiving is over. The turkey was killed, er, cooked! The potatoes mashed, the stuffing stuffed (into mouths) the pie is GONE!


So, now what? DECK THE HALLS BABY! Yeah!



We worked so hard all morning on our tree. We were all up at 7, drinking cocoa and decorating this beautiful tree you see in my landing. We even sang some beautiful Christmas Carols and held hands.




YEAH RIGHT!

That is not my tree and we didn't wake up at 7. Well, I was up at 6:08 because I heard the garbage man somewhere and my can was overflowing and not by the curb... So I had to run out in the rain with no shoes on and get it there...

**Sigh**






It's ok. The garbage was collected and my socks were soaked. But, I did go back to bed and sleep 'til 10! Woo Hoo!



So, now what?





DECK THE HALLS baby!

Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to all! I am truly thankful for everyone in my life. Everone plays a role, and everyone has taught me something.

So, with that sappiness out of the way, let's listen to Maxine:

Mom, WHERE ARE YOU?! Stuffing out of the box is just NOT the same. I miss you mommy!!




















This is what I have tried to become at my family gatherings by making pies with the frozen "ready-made" crusts. Seems to have worked. Jenn (a.k.a. Brown-noser) made all the desserts this year... HA HA!



















This one was just too funny to pass up. But, truth can sting sometimes...
